We want to have a relationship with you. So, you come back to us to have all of your deals funded.

For some we require a 10% down payment. We will lend you 90% of the purchase price; 90% of the rehab money as long as it does not exceed 65% of the ARV (After Repair Value).

We do have loan programs that go much higher on our LTV’s and programs where the borrower doesn’t put any money down. This is where relationship comes into play, and then this kind of financing becomes available to you.
